Couples Massage Workshop

Are you and your partner ready to bring more loving touch into your relationship? The Lexington Healing Arts Academy is pleased to offer Couples Massage as part of our growing list of personal development workshops.

This class teaches the basics of Swedish massage with the intention of massaging loved ones. Students will learn the five basic Swedish massage strokes, including effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration and tapotement. Students will also learn basic body mechanics and discover the correct supplies to use in order to give a relaxing, intimacy-building massage. At the end of the day, students will be able to give their loved one a gentle, relaxing massage and can return home knowing they now have a basic set of skills to enjoy massage with their partner any time.

Students should dress comfortably, as the class will include hands on practice with their partner. All couples welcome!

Joe & Cynthia Cinquina

Joe Cinquina is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Lexington Healing Arts Academy. He and his wife, Cynthia, own Soular Massage Wellness Center where they both practice massage.

Cynthia Cinquina is a Registered Nurse whose specialty is critical care and is also a graduate of the Lexington Healing Arts Academy. She is a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher with a deep interest in holistic medicine, metaphysics and spiritual healing.
